As soon as our team receives your returned products and confirms that all of the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Receiving this e-mail means that your return has been accepted.
The refund will be requested on the day your return is accepted, on the same Credit Card or Debit Card used to place your order.
Refund times will depend on the Credit/Debit Card company’s policies.
