As soon as we receive your returned products and confirm that all of the conditions have been met (read full Return Conditions), we will acknowledge by email that your return has been accepted.
The refund will be requested within 24 hours on the same card used to pay for the order and in the same currency.
Refund times will depend on the card company’s policies and local banking procedures.
